Anyone else having this problem?

Hey guys,

I wasn't sure where to put this, because I'm not sure yet whether it's a Zone issue. The last four or five times I've logged onto the site and surfed the boards, my computer has frozen after about five or ten minutes. I haven't noticed it happening on any other site. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, methinks there's a bug.

I can say that it has not happened to me, ever, on this site, now or in the past. One person doesn't mean it's not a bug. I'm running Windows 7 and Jaws 12, if that helps at all.

this has been happening to me, too, as of late, Becky. I'm running JAWS 14, and Windows 7.

I haven't had any problems with it. I am running Windows 7, JFW 14 and Internet Explorer 9. One thing it could be is, if you guys have the newer version of Internet Explorer which I think is 10, maybe that's the problem? Or if you are using a totally different Internet browser it could be that one.

might be the new IE, if you turn off your zone sounds off might help.

I've recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8. This is the worst thing I have ever done, well, ok excluding the time I used the sendspace download manager. Anyway, apparently, IE 11 is riddled with problems. If I find an answer, I'll post it. For now, I'm looking for another browser.

hasn't happened to me. old internet explorer with jaws 12.

The latest version of IE and some sights is a problem. Downgrade if that helps. If using Jaws, it had some issues, but they have been working on it.
You can go back to 8 if you don't like 8.1 as well.

I forgot to say, I don't have any problems, accept for sometimes the page doesn't refresh properly, but that is a server issue.

No problems here, running Windows 8.1, Jaws 15, and IE 11. I do have the Zone sounds disabled, not sure if that makes a difference.
